This is all I've got, haven't brewed in months. I m going to be brewing soon but it will be a while until I have enough beer to swap. (I am sitting on 4 gallons of RIS though) What I do have is a lot of hot sauce. (Maybe 2 gallons) :yes:

Actually I am going to make it four bottles of hot sauce, adding red habanero. One bottle for each of my little pepper buddies up there, color matching too!!

I will add three bottles of hot sauce to my offer if you want them. Bulgarian Carrot Pepper, Limon pepper and Habanero. These are from last years harvest and are fermented sauces, nothing but peppers, water and salt. Absolutely Delicious!!

I have here a Duda Diesel B3-23A 20 plate chiller for sale. I purchased this chiller 11/01/2016 and have used it 15 times or so. Powder in the boil and nibs in the keg. That is how I did my last chocolate beer ( cream stout) and it came out killer. I am gonna do the same to my porter when I brew it again in a couple weeks.

Seriously though I added a good amount to the jar of nibs I soaked for a RIS a few months ago. Probably 10-12 oz or more, I tasted it last week and it needs some more time but is yummy! That was for 4 gallons with 8 oz of nibs and it's all still sitting in there too.

Iam!! My system is set up to pre boil my strike water and underlet the strike water into the BIAB kettle. I am still setting it up and have been thinking that there must be a way to automate the chilling. So please do tell.:yes:
