Munich can be used to steep because some conversion takes place, just don't use a lot of it. If you plan to use david_42s method of adding 2-row to get some conversion out of other specialty grains be sure to keep the steep at a proper mash temp 150-160 for an hour

looks good. I'd have to say that everything is a little out of contrast with the church though. I'm no graphics guru but maybe you could try to match up the border, banner and cherubs with the church? fading? greyscale?

well the problem is I'm too cheap to by another keg right now and my munich didn't turn out so great but it's drinkable. The PRA however rocks and is aging nicely in the secondary!
