    Very true. When I roll out spaghetti on my Kitchenaid I use setting 4 and even that doesn't seem right to me. I've been adding some durum wheat flour to my spaghetti dough to add some 'toothsomeness' to the pasta; that helps. But the reality is spaghetti is an extruded pasta and it will be hard...

    I seared these massive, bone in rib eye steaks over a ripping hot charcoal fire, then cooked them to mid rare while basting them in butter, garlic, and rosemary. Sorry, no final pic, friends and fam crushed them! :mug:

    I was fortunate enough to source this beautiful Berkshire Pork belly from my butcher a few weeks ago. I cured it, soaked it, air dried it, and now I'm smoking it! Bacon! :mug:

    A well made cheese pizza does not lack anything. I personally think that people load too many items on their pizzas most of the time. Simple, perfectly executed food always taste the best. :mug:

    What did I cook this weekend.....

    I deep fried over 50 pieces of fried chicken for a Build Your Own Fried Chicken Sandwich Bar last weekend. We had bacon, mayo, ranch dressing, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, hot sauce, and other items to choose from. It was a hit! :mug:

    The pasta attachment for the Kitchenaid is a great place to start. I love and use mine all the time.
