    With more protein and less sugar, it might be like adding oats, giving you body and head retention. You might use beano as an enzyme to break up the oligosaccharides... On second thought, just don't.

    Thanks Yooper. The BUGU is 0.59, which is mildly hoppy for American amber, which is about right, but are those types of malts found in American Ambers?
