I have ordered a 14 gallon SS brew tech conical, but I have not received it. On there web site it states, "Pressure relief valve INCLUDED, no need order". It's the same on that comes on the half barrel and says it relieves pressure between 5-6 psi.

I have a top tier myself, best thing I ever bought for my brewing. It's nice to have every thing in one place.

I got a 14 gallon SS brew tech Chronical, 6oz of cascade hops, and 4 packs of yeast, but I wont see the conical for a few more weeks.

I'm in. I'm getting some new brewing equipment and will have some things to give away to some new brewers.

I use the white ones that on there website do state food grand and the air tight Gamma lids( both in the paint section). They work great and you will need 2 for a 50 Lbs. bag of grain.

I call BS. I think you talked to someone that does not know what they are talking about. The 15gallon heavy duty kettle in 14" H X18" W. The top tier will support a 30 gallon Blichmann boilermaker which is 19.7". I however have not done it myself, but can assure you there 14 gallon economy...

I have a top tier and use the Morebeer economy pots (9 & 14 gallon) and they work just fine. There are guides on the burners to keep them centered. You just need to adjust them. My 9 gallon does not fit all that well because it's smaller then the smallest adjustment. But the 14 fits great.

What where AA% of the hops? Sounds good, but maybe too sweet for me.

The pic of the bottom looks just like the 2 I got from Keg Connection months ago. The low spot on the bottom should the same side as the liquid dip tube. This is normal.
