    Fridge conversion

    I got a 17 cu ft. fridge. I got 2ketgs and co2 in it. I know I can fit 3 kegs in it. I want to fit 3 kegs in to and Co2 ont he outside. Anyone have a link to the what I need to do and parts I will need?

    Froze yeast and now trying to make a starter. Had yeast in fridge over night and took out for 3hrs and did starter and after 3.5hrs no signs of life yet... I feel like a mad scientist. hahaha

    What Should My Starter Be Doing?

    I use a flash light to shine from the top to see how many bubbles I got going. Even tho it could look like nothing is happening with the light you can see the bubbles. Where there is bubbles there is life.

    I got like 1.5" blow off tube. It fits perfectly into the fermentor and is air tight. Got it at Lowes...

    Xfered to 2ndary and to clear it and now its fermenting. HAHHAAHHA int he prim it was still even after a swirrle. This is some beer with its own ideas.

    conditioning big beers

    My Scaldis did not come into the land of full flavor till 6 months later. Brew a big beer, when its done bottle/keg it and leave it till Christmas time.
