    Need Beer in 5 weeks - Bottle or Leave in Primary

    24hrs in a keg will get it fizzy, but most of my beers don't taste well blended till I let them sit over 1 month. Beer is something you don't rush, if in a hurry go to the store or look around at a local beer brewery and buy a keg.

    I just added regular house brown sugar packed. 2 cups. I really like it and this will be a reg made beer for me.

    I got regular lights on in the room from time to time and never got skunk beer at all. I make sure there is no sunlight on it. I was told sunlight makes it skunky not regular lights.

    O ring issues

    they said its the only size they carrry and its standard Few minutes ago I back filled the stem with teflon tape and then put the O ring on. It works great. HAHAHAHAHA

    Just a FYI... This yeast makes the sludge foam just like Kolsch does.. I hats that crap, its a bit messy. Oh well...

    its why I used pilsner and aromatic malt since its a light flavor any how. there is a very faint green tea taste, but its very light. As far as astringency, I steep the green tea for only 12 minutes then remove the tea bags and not wring them out.
