Taste great! My father ( whom I brew with) was concerned about the clarity of the beer. I told him that it's not a "bud light" and that it's not suppose to be that clear haha. But he liked it as well as I do.

The holes are 1 1/4 inch diameter. The bottles stay up straight and do not fall. I thought about going a lil bit larger holes but the SWMBO suggested that any bigger and the bottles openings would not be suspended above the surface that they are dripping into. Haha it didn't cross my mind. Lol...

Ok I will def make a note of that. Any suggestion as to filtering it when transferring it to the bottling bucket?

No the temps outside have recently had a range from 40-80. Inside my house it stays between 69-74. No i am not icing the cooler. Once i get a fermentation chamber built i wont have this much of a problem. lol thank you for the advice!
