I bottled a test batch today. I took the Centennial Blond, modified a bit due to my poor efficiency and split it in 3. 1 regular, 2nd strawberry (tastes very good) and the 3rd added tomato and basil The tomato basil was actually pretty darn good. I'll probably put a pinch of salt in the glass...

I added a bit of almost boiling water to get it closer. I would have had to add too much to bring it up where it should have been. Slightly dry will be fine. My brews have tended to be too sweet so this may be a nice change

I missed my mash temp by -10f. I was supposed to mash at 152, and hit 142. Should I add boiling water until I get to target temp, or just leave it?

Well I bottled today. I took a gravity reading first to be sure fermentation was done. It tasted pretty darn good. The bitterness I tasted a week ago has mellowed quite a bit. This may turn out closer to what I was going for after all. Either way, it will be a very good beer

Yep, looks like a 5g recipe to me. Just split it and brew 2 :) you can experiment with one. Maybe fruit?
