    I have an abundance of priming sugar from when I bottled so I’ll use this until it’s gone 1/2,tsp for 12 oz, 1 tsp for 22, I use a funnel and pour it in, a bit of a hassle but I only bottle 4-6 and keg the rest Carb drops when the sugar is gone

    I’d also add the priming sugar to 1-2 cups of boiling water, let it boil 1 minute then bring to room temp before adding it the well sanitized bottling bucket When the sugar is in solution it mixes better with wort

    I use a 20 gallon so I can brew 10 gallon batches it’s part of the brew boss system which is an automated electric system The one thing is that it’s heavy Also I’ve had no issues with thermometer that was integrated in my prior kettle
