    How to cool wort all the way to pitching temps??

    So, I'm a bit confused about this. What you're saying makes perfect sense to me because it seems like the yeast would slow down if you pitched at 75 and then kept lowering the temp to ferment at, say, 65, and certainly at 60 or lower. But White Labs recommends (for all of their yeasts I believe)...
