I've never seen that before. However i've always been told you shouldn't do any aging in a plastic fermenter because they allow too much oxygen in. That's a large head space as well. Could this be some kind of extreme oxidation?

I'm going to a tiny brewery in Georgia tomorrow. It's a brewery in the back of a print shop. Its called Printers Ale. Maybe i can find some good stuff there.

I went 4 oz and it was a bit too much for my taste.

I grated my orange zest. I added it at flameout. Honey malt sounds good. Go for it.

I got a sampler of 1502 cigars today. This ruby is pretty good.
