    I have an anaolog temp controller that does what it needs to do. Simple and great. I loves it.

    Started with guinness, then my dad got me a "beers from around the world" pack, and it took off from there.

    Its what I use for the fermentation chamber. Smaller and more energy efficient. If I remember tomorrow ill send ya pics of my setup. Plus its good for storing bottled beer when u arent fermenting. Just set the temp control to whatever application youre doing at the time basically.

    Thats pretty much why I do it at flame out. You still get the honey flavor and aroma with no worries of any infectionous bug issues

    And by the time youre ready to pitch the yeast it should be relaxed on the bottom. Poor out the top liquid so your yeast is all thats left in there and pitch that bad boy
