Compost, if you are into that sort of thing. I use it for bread, pizza dough, baked goods, and when I run out of uses it goes in the composter. I'm contemplating turning it into hard tack and using it as meals for my three year old when he's being unruly. :D

I'm your split-angel. I picked up the Cara Munich 60 and Crystal 60 splits that had only one left. Unfortunately I was unable to complete the hop splits given the need for 6-10lbs to complete. Seeing as I was laid off today, I picked up what my business could afford. :(

If cheesecake is dropping out, I'll take on the barrel. My smoked porter could benefit from barrel-aging instead of oak chips.

Wow, folks have been busy. I checked splits earlier and something like 20 splits were active, and most of those are gone and there are only 11 currently open? I may not have much more to add to my order.

For anyone concerned that their splits may not fill, I'm waiting until the last day to see if there's anything near closing I can help out with. I was checking splits daily but realized if I kept that up, more splits would happen and more grain would be coming back to my lab than I have places...
