My Pale Ale and IPA, Itchy Pawz Pale Ale and Outsourced to India Pale Ale.

Brewed in a blizzard last year, called it Yellow Snow Pale Ale.. Drinking my IPA now, called it Outsourced to India Pale Ale.

Had a Fullers ESB last night, first one, and i'm looking for a clone now, loved that beer.

Leave it in the fermentor until you're ready to bottle, most of mine go 4 weeks before I bottle.. Where in Jersey City are you? I lived there for 42 yrs, moved to Harrison a few yrs ago.

I use a sanitized grain bag at the end of siphon, works like a charm, remember to sanitize.

If I use a plastic gal jug, how high do I need to fill it?

If you have a bucket make sure the lid is on tight, I had that problem and found the lid wasn't on tight, one side wasn't completely locked in. After fixing that, I saw bubbles within 2 hrs.
