Last time we did a hop buy and I used that summit, yes it would work fine. As long as this years crop is Yvette same, I think you'd be fine! Tom

zimmer- Summit is almost identical to simcoe. I use it instead of Simcoe anymore due to the shortages.

I have a chest freezer that all the hops go into after they are divided, so no real worries there. I am, however, leaving June 22 for a cruise. I have no problems holding on to anyones hops for however long they need me to. tom
