    Recarbonate?

Had the same issue with an Irish Stout. I put a seed starting mat under the boxes of bottles and covered with a large bath towel to bring the heat up bit. checked a week later and everything was carbed up nicely. Was considering re-priming but chose to warm things instead. Wait it out, say...

    Old brew!

I would give it a shot, pour one out into a glass and check the smell and look for chunks and really bad cloudiness in the liquid. IF it smells bad and looks like cottage cheese or something, chuck it.

Rinse well and sanitize. I then put themvon my bottle tree until Im ready to use them. Dont use clear glass...

    Fermentation

Hmm...that link didn't work. Got to the recipe section near the bottom in the main forum and click on cider. Then go to page two and at the very bottom there is a video of edworts apflewein thread. It will show what a very active ferm looks like.

One food you have never had... but are curious

Starlings...There has to be zillions of those little birds across the USA. I was watching a flock(about 300) flying around a field near my work and I thought hmmm, I wonder what they taste like. Other song birds as well :D

Using snow to chill beer before serving

Not an expert so...I think it would work just fine. There would be a sanitation issue with snow, but not a major one. Ate a lot of snow as a kid and I never got sick :drunk: You could consider a lower temp room like the garage to get the temp down. I think carbonation will occur regardless of...
