    Here in north central NC, the local taproom/brewpub market seems to be going strong. I frequent all the major players and they are all seem to be as busy as they want to be.

    Hops Direct is also a good one. They are in close proximity to Yakima, so similar hops. I've found you need to look at both sites simultaneously to find the best price on the specific hops you are looking at.

    Best way to sparge with BIAB Brewing?

    The best sparge is none at all, as mentioned a few times here. I moved to BIAB last year and have only performed full volume mashes. Depending on the grain bill, I've reached efficiencies over 80%. Work smarter, not harder :-)

    eBIAB vs Cooler Mash Tun Setup

    Understand you will be limited to not-so-big [ABV] beers with a 10G kettle and a full volume mash. Personally I've found my limit to be around 15# or so of grain with a 10G BIAB setup. As such, I recently bought a 15G kettle to accommodate the bigger beers.
