Did you wire any safety mechanisms into your build? Looking to starting making a schematic for my own and it's getting a little confusing with all the diagrams out there.

Some great info here. Looking for some advice as far as safety is concerned. My setup is a gas HERMS so I'm only using 120V. I thought about just having a main power switch for the entire panel. Any ideas?

A 5 Gallon Cooler I made into Mash Tun was my next step.

It's not as great as it appears, wasn't too happy with it, plus you have to use special CO2 Cartridges. But if you're still interested, I'll see if I have all the pieces.

Great idea, so you then you don't have temp wires running all over your stand. Is it pretty accurate for your Mash?
