I saw this done on Kal's build as well. I have a gland plate I could easily modify to install sinks.... I just don't want to run 10awg across the panel and down. The sides are too crowded as well. I will see if there is something easier.

Yeah, I figured using a standard SSR you would use a PID output configured for Duty Cycle, as defined in the BruControl Manual. PWM would be for a variable SSR. Also, an implementation of a 3-Position switch would be great.

All the PIDs I have used for temp control, work and hobby, use duty cycle. PWM seems kind of cool, you could essentially regulate your output wattage.

Couldn't you set the PID to say 250F then just scale your max output? Dumb question as well, why is there a need for both PWM and Duty Cycle? (my setup is just using standard SSR)

Yeah I wish I got a larger panel. Not sure where to move the SSRs? I planned to install the intake fan close to them. I think I could move the contactors the the second DIN rail.

For anyone on the fence on a BrewPi build.... these things are PRECISE. ±0.25°F !!!! I am running the default settings. 25W heater, no fans, 5.5cuft Haier Deep Freeze.... This is in central Texas btw.... Just look below.

I was scratching my head to installing a 12V and 5V power supply when everything in the cabinet uses 5V on the control side. My plan is to install the 12V power supply in a smaller box to control valves. I also have one of these laying around...
