I think we are staying at the Marriott. Short walk to the fest grounds. It isn't too far from the Flying Saucer, where we've met up post-fest a few times before. Hopefully the Raleigh boys chime in and let us know if they will attend.

Don't miss Naked City--and hit up Don for a list of can't miss places. Next time we go we'll hit a few we missed. Next time I go I'm going to Brouwers for sure, I've heard it is cool. We also visited Pike's Pub and Elysian, they were both great.

I've toasted the grain after I crushed it, and I've also used the grain on the same day I brewed it. I think the bitterness of the hops kind of hides any potential tannins that may develop.

I thought he was stable? Anyone know what happened? Very sad.

Found a kick-ass website where you can download a template and create a true-type font with your own hand-writing. It kicks ass. It is really freaky to see your own handwriting typed out on a computer. It took me all of three minutes to do one and it was completely free. Try it out...
