I have the same damn problem. I have SO many stinking glasses. When I ordered the pint glasses with my logo on them, after I gave a bunch away I started putting a lot of my rarely used pint glasses into the box the IOB glasses came in. I still have SO many, but I love pint glasses.

ANY hop can be a good bittering hop. I judge bittering hops solely on cohumolone levels now. The higher the cohumolone, the sharper the perceived bitterness. For example, Warrior and Chinook have higher levels, where Amarillo doesn't. All 3 of those hop varieties are relatively similar...
