I need to find out if my older friend is drinking Bass in bottles or draught.
Bottle line is making a brew that represents his favorite brew, thx for the input.
Thanks guys, found out my English friend has a birthday in late June, so I have time to figure out the recipe and to set up a corny for cask conditioning and serving.
Have an older friend from England, that loves Bass. He knows the Bass we get here in the states
is not the same as the ale on tap in England.
I would like to find a spot on Bass recipe.
Any ideas?
Class is going well, it seems like a great alternative to having a club study group, something that I could not make.
The inst Charlie is well spoken, organized and knows what he's talking about.
It's cool listening to my class mates as we learn how to judge beer.
Instead of buying more brew equip, this year I want to focus on the brew space. After seeing a brew shed on this forum recently, I realized thats what I need now. A dedicated space for brewing. Then I can work on a better system. Switching to all grain in 2010 makes it that much more important...
13 batchs brewed in 2010, most were 5 gallons
a few were doubled for parties and weddings
hope to brew one more before New Years

Hey All
About time that I register with this fine forum.
I am mainly a extract brewer, hope to gear up
for all grain this year, this frorum should be a
great help for that.
Beer, Brewing, Sampling, Sharing, does it get any
better than that?
