    Just wondering if anybody knows how to put beer into a regular 1/2 or 1/4 barrel??? Just picked up 2 -7.75 and 1- 14.5 gallon kegs..Is it possible to clean and fill them?? Do i need special equiptment??

    i wouldn't waste my time. I use canned frozen concentrate and my cider is just as good as any.Maybe even a litte better. I used whole apples once that i juiced and it turned out like ****. I had to use about 20 pounds for about a gallon and a half.

    New To All Gain Water Question

    Looks good to me.. I've never done anything but a step mash... Still fairly new but I use 10 1/2 gal for a 6 1/2 gal batch with a 14 pound bill. Just make sure you know how much is in the pot by looking at it.I boil for a half hour before any hop adds. Hope this helps

    when to add honey?

    Thinking of using a pound or 2 of some orange blossom honey in my next brew... sg of 1.06-1.065 hopefully... fg of 1.013-1.016...hopefully.. I guess that can all change on how much honey.:confused: I'm not sure when to add. Full boil?? Half boil?? end??..Half full Half end?? Too many choices...

    Yeast starters....again
