    Kegging 101... anyone?

    the best thing about kegging. that you don't have to wash/sanitize 60 bottles. all you wash/ sanitize is one keg, plus few bottles for leftovers. it takes less space since you dont have hundreds of bottles waiting to be carb. force carb, no yeast at the bottom of bottles. only con would...

    Has this ever happened to anyone?

    just wait couple more weeks. its only been two weeks since you've bottled it. depending on the temperature, it may take 5-6 weeks to carb.

    The shipping to Canada is crazy. If you have anything sent by UPS FEDEX... you are paying for brokers fee. which is about $75.00 even if its for a free gift. Only way to send things across would be to use US postal. if you see a dent on the lip of you keg. hold a piece of metal on the...

    using corny as co2 tank??

    I thought of this set up because I have a 20lb steel co2 tank. Also its fed through the wall of my fridge, I didnt want to take it apart. just putting some co2 in a corny is lot lighter and makes me more mobile with my beer. I guess best way will be buying a secondary regulator but for the cost...

    Issues with Bottle Conditioning and Carbonation

    I would take one bottle and shake it, hold it upside down. if theres any carbonation and capper problem, you should see some beer. If nothing happens, take that bottle to somewhere warmer. let it sit for two weeks.

    Glue handle back on Corny Keg? Gorilla Glue doesn't last

    gorilla glue won't stick if there are gaps. also i believe its not for below water. that means if you have lots of water contact, they come apart.

    it all depends on if you are going with fridge, mini fridge, freezer... you could have collar with all of them but tower only work with mini fridge.

    New to keggin...Here's the plan. (dumb questions)

    I've just done the transfer by hooking up two kegs (out to out) forcing the co2 in to the original keg. The problem I had was that I had no idea how much co2 i need to release from the empty keg. What happens if I hook up the kegs (out to out) with the full one up higher ground, start...

    Kegerator design questions???

    I just converted a Danby/whirlpool WAR449W and it fits two kegs side by side. This model does not have a freezer, that made things easy for me and found this one at local costco for $150CDN, on top of that local hydro company was giving $50 rebate... To fit three kegs in to this one, i would...

    Delay in boil -any issues?

    just dont understand the fact that you will cool the wort and boil it the next day. you will be spending extra hour just to bring it to boil. why not just finish it while you have the hot wort.
