I've done a same project. this fridge has no freezer, no cooling element to deal with and it fit two corny. I have a 20# co2, I had to cut a small hole to run a line in. it took me about 2hours to convert it.

its not just the line length. its also inner diameter. many of the tower kits comes with 1/4 hose, many people replace them with 3/16.

Im not exactly sure but is it that you are using it on the gas side?? are you sure they are good with gas? you may just need to change the o ring. how are you using there?? I just can't see a place for them...

Its always better to have room for extra keg in the fridge. If you have two taps going and third keg carbing up, you wont run out of beer, it takes roughly 3 weeks to carb the beer. I made that mistake and I have two taps going, drinking both at same time. then I realized Im low on both kegs...

I just looked at mine today. the barb on the tap seems to be fatter than quick disconnect barb. I just wonder if i will be able to hook up 3/16 line.

i usually fill mine up to the welding mark. you dont want to be dipping the lid in beer.

I have the same tower. i kept the original hose, first glass forms up but it fine afterwards. i am thinking of changing my line to 7-8 feet. also cooling the tower/ line in tower should solve the forming issue.

with this type of chiller, you will have harder time carbing your beer. (room temperature) you might consider buying a fridge to go with it.

for the price of the hose, is it worth it?? you can buy a secondary regulator.
