I just did a Raspberry porter. Nothing like that. When did you add your fruit? What kind did you use? What yeast did you use?

I used Sam Adams Choc Bock bottles (mostly cause I love the pewter logo). Capped just fine.

Not sure what some of the more experienced guys will say. However, I have used 750ml bottles before and did not have any undesirable effects. My only though would be perhaps it would take longer to condition? I dunno, seems like it would should not matter.

Speaking of Irish/Mexican bars, anyone ever been to that place in Boston. I think it's called Pepe O'Malley's or somethng of that sort. One hell of a good time.

HAHA....that's all? It is a mountain of paperwork and a lot of hassle in time/money to get liscenced. All sorts of background checks, etc. Then, you would need liscencing for distribution, etc. Unless you plan on being a commercial brewery, seems like a lot of work/money for a homebrewer.

It is a wheat based brew. I would suggest looking around http://beerrecipes.org/findrecipe.cfm for something that sounds good to you.

Lucky for you, there is the aptly named "The Brewmasters Bible". Although I do not own it, so I cannot vouch for its quality. I have just seen it around. I do like Papazian's book, and ofcourse Radical Brewing is good too.
