Sorry super lazy in the art of posting.

The wert was in a pot and i put it into a sanitized fermenter about 10 minutes after whan it had cooled down.

yes, i dropped a clothing iron into the wert. i was using a slop sink filled with ice to cool the wert. i was stirring and in goes the iron, only about 3/4 of the iron got in before i pulled it out. The wert was about 110 degrees f when it happened. Am i totally screwed.

pretty self explanatory i dropped an iron in the wert and what now i went along with the rest of the process but what are the possible results i could be looking at

we are getting ready for our first brew i wanted to know if anyone had a recipe for a clone franziskaner or a hefe-weisse. If these are to complicated for beginners im open to any suggestions/recipes. thaks guys

my friend and i just recently got into brewing were in south jersey. Basically were open to any advice from good local stores to basic beginners recipes or just any tip for a begginer. Any kind of help is greatly appreaciated. thanks
