Having this little bundle of hoppiness later this afternoon. Green IPA from Treehouse. We went yesterday and had no idea the largest (and oldest) antique show in the world was going on 2 miles down the road. It was insane. It took us an hour almost to drive a couple miles but it was worth the wait.

I have the same question. My issue is that I hear it doesn't pay well. I would be fine making a small amount of money if it was something I liked doing, but I need to be able to put food (and beer :D) on the table.

I just finished 2, 1 gallon batches of mead (first mead ever) one bucket didn't seal well but it fermented just fine. After about 3 weeks I put it in a glass jug. So far so good.

Hmmmmmmmmm....something fishy about that last post. I will say this...upon reading in a different thread that you...ahem...Capebrewing had an Irish Pub in house I immediately pictured a stalky Irish leprechaun looking fella in lederhosen maybe about 60ish years of age.

I've made all my purchases with Midwest indirectly through Amazon. Seemed a little safer that way.
