I agree with the last request, maybe for hops as well. I know there are other lists available. I normally switch between this program and those lists when I am formulating a new recipe.

Check all the obvious things first if you haven't, make sure all valves are open and the CO2 tank is open. Make sure there are no leaks as well. If all of this checks out you might want to try adjusting the amount of CO2 pressure. More CO2 will mean more carbonation. Don't forget to drop this...

Did you naturally carbonate the last time or did you hook up CO2?

I just brewed an IPA that I plan to give a slight hint of grapefruit flavor to. I plan on using the method where you zest the grapefruit then let the zest soak in vodka during primary fermentation. I am hoping this does work well.

It is a matter of presentation and preference that's all. Generally it is consumed quickly enough that flatness is not an issue.

I was recently introduced to an interesting piece of dispensing equipment known as a beer tube or giraffe. In my attempts to find them online I have found they seem over priced. Has anyone attempted to build one of these before?

Do you know what size gas line it does use?

Does it use a different fitting for the barb or would it be the same as for a corny?

I know I can't, but it does prove that it can pressurize the keg. For my point that just shows something can get passed that ball you referred to.
