    I've never boiled my sanitizing watter and never had any problems so I say NO

    Asus or Acer?

    they are both decent machines, I've used acer's before with no problems have not had the opportunity to work with Asus though, as far as the office programs they usually will not come with any unless you request them and it costs extra.

    fermentation angst

    relax it can take a couple three days to start seeing the fermentation and just because you don't see anything dose mean that its not working, wait a week take a reading.

    I always share with everyone who wants to try and those who don't like it (Usually natural light drinkers) get told that this is what real beer is supposed to taste like and they go back to drinking their skunk water.
