    Kegco Stainless CFC Fittings

I have the Kegco stainless CFC and used the 15MM to 1/2 NPT (of course after also purchasing the 5/8” to 1/2 NPT adapters because these CFCs are falsely advertised as 5/8” tubing) adapters from AIH and they DID NOT SEAL. I tried to seal them 1/4 turn at a time until the nut was completely...

Blichmann Boilermaker replacement o-ring sizes (McMaster-Carr)

It appears that the 9396k24 is not quite the right size for my rip tide pump linear valve (small O-ring). The size that fits mine is a -110. I think it is quite possible that they changed the design of the linear flow valve a bit since the posting of this thread. These are the Dash sizes that...

Blichmann Boilermaker replacement o-ring sizes (McMaster-Carr)

It appears that these smaller O-rings might be 110 (9/16" OD x 3/8" ID @ 3/32" cross section width). I'll report back once I test them out.

Blichmann Boilermaker replacement o-ring sizes (McMaster-Carr)

Thank you for the heads up. I'll check them out for my next o-ring order. I must say these o-rings came in filthy and I don't think I want my beer to come in contact with them.

Blichmann Boilermaker replacement o-ring sizes (McMaster-Carr)

The 9396K24 o-ring for the linear flow valve must have changed. That size is too big for the linear flow valve I have on my rip tide. If I can figure out the McMaster part number I’ll post back.

Pressurized Closed Loop Corny Keg Fermenting

I'm working on something new for this thread. I think it's going to be awesome. Unfortunately I won't be brewing for at least 3 months (work) so I will have to post back then.

Pressurized Closed Loop Corny Keg Fermenting

Thanks for the detailed reply! I’m building a similar setup for now and this thread has been very informative. It’s going to be awhile before I get to brewing again, but when I do I hope to contribute to this thread.

Boil kettle condenser - no overhead ventilation needed

I would be curious to see how this preforms in reducing the DMS. I think a good test would be to brew a Helles and see if you can taste cooked corn. Again awesome work Brundog!
