You brew there? ~ around here the breweries are afraid to be bold. They think safe = higher sales/customer loyalty, which its just the opposite. Customers are either unimpressed or they get bored. The place i was at actually told me, 'we don't brew stouts, they don't sell'. I laughed, what a joke.

We have a bunch of 'safe' breweries around my area too, the exception being ommegang. Pretty exceptional beer, even thought I'm not a huge fan of belgian beers.
