    Beer is so expensive at bars that I usually want as much buzz for my buck. If I'm going to spend $8 on a beer I'm going to order the Barley Wine!

    Anyone have bottles in SoCal?

    I just realized I don't have enough bottles. I have a belgian tripel conditioning right now, a nut brown ale I hope to bottle Friday, and an IPA I hope to bottle the Friday after that! I have enough bottles for the nut brown but not enough for the IPA. Ofcourse I could just start drinking...

    Hi all, I just started brewing. I have a Sweet Stout and a Belgian Tripel under my belt (that's probably why my pants seem more tight). I stumbled across this site while I was searching for ways to deal with trub. I can't wait to spend hours and hours scouring the site for brew beta. Ryan
