Yes, it is one teaspoon per bottle. Just measure it carefully. Plamer advocates bulk priming, but doing just 12 bottles or so, IMO, it would be more trouble than it's worth. It seems like it would easier to just use a dry funnel and put one teaspoon in each bottle.

It sounds like you are trying to make the stem of the airlock go outside of the nipple of cap. It goes on the inside of the middle nipple. How can they buckle if you are stretching the plastic to squeeze the airlock in?
