How exactly a bright beer tank works?

Ok, that system is composed of what? A stone, a co2 gas tank filled and what else? I assume something creates the pressure for the co2 to come out fast in carbonation. Right? What is it? Also, for lets say a 1,000 gallons of beer, its always 30 psi but quantity and pressure of gas, how can I...

How exactly a bright beer tank works?

Im doing an investigation proyect. I've been told that in large breweries they are able to pressurize co2 to carbonate beer but they dont have to wait a week like homebrewers for the co2 to mix with the beer. Its within the hour or something like it. How is this fast carbonatation called? That...

Can a bright tank be used as a fermentator?

Hi, can a beer bright tank be used as a fermentator? I mean, once fermented you can move the beer to another tank, clean the bright tank and then use it to pressurize content. Right?

    counter pression bottle filler

What do you mean by it should be ready to go as you can drink it. Also, how can you bottle and drink that same night, shouldnt you leave time for it to mix co2 with the beer? How you do it?

    counter pression bottle filler

Maybe im confused, but I thought counter pression filling was that you could take beer, place it on a bottle and inyect CO2 with the level of carbonation you want and then let it settle and drink it. Isnt that how big breweries do it?

If I fill bottles with a counter pression filler, how much time do I have to wait to drink it? How much time it takes to mix CO2 with beer and else inside the bottle?

Can I do a Ale in 3 weeks

When I brew a normal gravity beer for events, I take 3 weeks in primary and 5 - 6 weeks to age, depending on the beer's character. I plan the beer at least 10 weeks out. When you say 5-6weeks to age, you mean in bottle conditioning or secondary fermentation?

    What did I do wrong?

Ok, I am a little scared about that because everytime I determine gravity I have to use siphon to take a portion out, measure it and I dont know if I can pour it on the fermentator again because I think its going to oxidate. Do you have a trick to do it without this problem?

    What did I do wrong?

So even if the activity on primary fermentator is only one bubble per minute i dont rack? i simply let it there until hits FG and then lager at 40F? Thats it?

    What did I do wrong?

Just one more thing stratslinger, in future circumstances, I have to pitch enough yeast quantity by the calculator yeast you sent me. Place on 55-60F until there is no more bubbles, rack to secondary, leave it a week there and then drop temperature to 40F for another week. Thats how you do a...
