Thanks Chris....been following the TeensyNet and got to the loading of the ino file and seeing if it would compile....have some errors of missing *.h includes so must have something in the wrong place or missing...working on what's wrong....thanks

Jim can you tell me what goes in the cable1 and cable2 slots on the right and left side of the Action Combo Board – V8 ? They are called DATA but also are the ones for the DS18B20 at the top. And where or what do they attach to? Thanks

You're right on with the engine hoist....that's exactly the plan...just have to modify mine to make sure it's high enough in the air to get the bag out of the pot.

Can anyone give me what would be the largest size that would be possible with the BIAB method....I need to fill some barrels so looking to make about 55 gal per run and was wondering if it is at all possible to get to this size of a brew!! Anyone have any experience with large batches? thanks.

Haven't been to this DIY in a while as I got frustrated in not being able to find a STC-1000 that programmable.....does anyone know of a reliable source to buy one that is programmable....Have enough of the others on hand....thanks

Never was able to get them to show up even after using several different ones from different suppliers......just couldn't find out what else to do and could not get anyone to give me any hints as what to do next so just gave up on the whole thing....thanks for reply

Read this very awesome project a lot up until I couldn't find a STC1000 that I could make the code changes too....has there been any progress in finding these currently without me having to read all 271 pages that this thread now consist of? Any links to being able to purchase the right one...

OK, but you mean if one can program and the only language I remember is 360 assembly! If that doesn't show my age nothing does!

Thanks Jim for the clarification.....does the software ventured into the arena of allowing the control of fermentation by ramping the temps over a time frame to control the duration of the fermentation schedule? Hope that makes sense.

I've read the whole post today and a lot of the TeensyNet web site and am a bit confused about how many of the cards are needed to make this a workable project.....I do understand that certain of the cards answer special needs but I don't understand outside the network card what else is...

Sorry I don't remember what software was used but I was so limited in it's graphics that I would never recommend it even if I remembered.....I'll post the name if I do happen to remember it.... Comment: I actually like what you used and it seems much easier to use

Here's how I see it work "in my mind"....water is manually added to the HLT for the desired amount....the propane is lit and the valve is open and the pump is turn on and the water is pumped thru the HEX(electric) and back to the MT as well as being recirculated using the manual recirculating...

Well finally back after finding some time to do some testing.....can't say that I found anything wrong so here's what I did....was suspicious that maybe the 1 wires were bad so used one from another vendor (Oscsys to be specific) and hooked it up...didn't show up.....when the first offerings...
