    120v 10 gallon Blichmann Boilcoil not really boiling

    Hi All, I my setup includes a 120v 10 gallon Blichmann Boilcoil. I've running it on a 20A outlet, I've tested the voltage and i'm getting 120V from it and to the Blichmann plug. 7 Gallons of 80 degree water gets to around 211-212 in 40-45 min, but then it stops.
