Is it not possible to change that "tap valve" on the GF heater to a ball valve? I am asking because that is what I was planning on doing to mine. Was hoping it had been done before.

WOW!!! The grandfather pump is strong enough to counteract any back flow when filling the SS like that? Thats awesome. I have the same setup and always go into the top. Was never a fan of the exposure I got when doing that thought.

I was wondering if anyone had made a "stand" for their sparge water heater. I was thinking of making something to sit it on that is just a little bit taller than the grandfather (with he basket sitting up of course). That way I could just open the spare water spout to add water. Having to...

Has anyone built a table/structure to sit above the grainfather for during sparge time? I purchased the grainfather mash heather and its a little bit of a pain to try and lift to fill the sparge water. If you have, please post pics. I am looking for some ideas before building one.

Heating kit gone.

Selling the last of the pieces from my electric brewery. A Stainless steel RuppAir condensate hood. The dimensions are 6'x3' (front to back)x2'(tall). It has a 3/4" gutter around the entire perimeter with a drain. You can find details on the hood here...
