Stopped at the Sea Dog pub in Orlando. Had a flight of beers and a pulled pork sandwich. Couldn't finish the flight. The pulled pork tasted like something from the freezer aisle.

I'll have a valve on the output of the Pump to control it. I started brewing indoors and my family just complained about it. I live in Florida so brewing outdoors isn't much of a problem. Now if we had basement's that would change everything.

My 13 year old loves helping me. He actually brewed his first beer. Sure he can't try any but he wanted to brew it himself so I let him. It was a RIS, and I just guided him the whole way through. Told him we can go to Mexico when he turns 18 and I'll save a bottle for him.
