Depending on the amount of space you have they make pumps that screw on directly under the sink, or sit in a water tight box underneath. I have the later and I am happy with it, then again I needed a sink in my basement brewery and had no other choice to get the water out.

The unit I purchased from home depot is a self contained unit and it had a built in check valve. mine was $200 and self contained. It takes about 7 gallons to fill up before it pumps the water out, and it does it FAST. cant speak on how long they last as mine is still working.

Ordered a 30a PID setup. Got an email from the owner telling me the status (a nice reassurance as I wait), should have it next week. Im excited :rockin:

Im am partial to Galaxy. I think it would be a good replacement for cascade in this recipe. Both nice a fruity, awesome whirlpool/dry hop. I used this malt bill with citra/galaxy hops and it came out amazing.

Love this beer! Brewed with both California ALe yeast and San Diego Super yeast and i prefer the later. Always a hit with my friends, actually brewing 10 gallons of this for my buddies wedding.

I wouldnt drink that beer. And Who is they? Star-San per their tech sheet says 1oz to 5gal in order for it to be no rinse. You made that star San mix strong! And why would you passionate a new fermenter? I thought that was for rusting stainless
