Not much yet. Took me a while to actually get a free day to brew. I have it fermenting now. My grain bill seems to be a bit off, going off of the sample I took over the weekend. Mine is more roasted coffee. We'll see how it is once it finishes fermenting, PB flavoring added, and carbonated.

Not sure if you have read this post. It says they used chocolate extract and peanut butter extract. After recently trying this beer, it's definitely packed full of flavor.

The 10 minute setting referred to, means that even if the temp is out of range by the variance value (4 degrees in my original example / post), it will still wait 10 minutes before the compressor will kick on and start cooling again. Otherwise if you had the fermentation refrigerator set at say...

Thanks for the advice, I really appreciate it. I realize more now that my tests as-is were not the best with the temp probe hanging down beside the circulation fan. I will get a piece of foam and a strap and set my temp probe up like yours to get a more accurate and stable temp.

Really love several features that Sabco has incorporated on the Brew Magic. Unfortunately I won't be able to afford one for a long, long, long time. One feature I really want to incorporate on my two burner LP gas brew stand is to add a RIMS tube and add a PLC for a set up like the Brew Magic...

I plugged in some stuff into Beersmith. Went and picked up some grains, hops, and yeast this weekend from LHBS. Busy busy schedule, but hoping to brew this week sometime and will let you know. Found some liquid PB flavoring from Brewers Best that I am going to try.

Bought a 6-pack of these and it says the malts are "Pale, victory, chocolate, and roasted barley". Shows "Nugget" as the hops. Says abv is 5.8% with an IBU of 33. Going to see what I can come up with.
