Any reason that you decided to use saran wrap instead of an airlock? I would worry that the seal from the saran wrap would break as the beer cooled.

You can check youtube as well as there are plenty of great videos that go over all the information that you would need. Brad Smtih (BeerSmith) also did a podcast about it which has a lot of good information.

I actually ordered that same combo since it was the cheapest around by quite a bit. I ended up ordering them through ebay since shipping came out to be cheaper but it was still sold by BeverageFactory, still waiting on delivery but so far so good...
