    I'm in the process of making a pale ale... I used Irish Moss and I'm about to bottle it. How can I make sure not to get the moss in my brew? It's all floating on top. I don't have a filter. Should I just strain it out with a medal strainer?

    Also, you said you connected a CO2 tank to it, to force carbonate, how did you go about that? I have a HUGE tank for filling my paintball CO2 canisters. Anyway to force carb with that?

    Thanks! Any way it could be done in 2 weeks? I was thinking of doing a couple bottles as well, that way I can try it early. I'm completely out of brews and can't wait to try it!!! Also having some friends over in a few weeks. :/

    Just got a Tap-A-Draft system, and I'm about to bottle my beer into it (in a week). I was wondering if there was anything different I should do for a Tap-A-Draft, then I would for glass bottles. Just stick to what the recipe says for priming sugar?

    need advise quick

    I'm new to cider, but I do know that if you boil it, it will never clear. I would try added a bit more in the way of camden tabs. Also, crush then up before you put them in. You can always try brewing with the natural yeasts, though it would give it a different taste.

    I'm using uv pasteurized cider, from my local orchard. I also added a little bit of cinnamon, cloves, honey, and brown sugar. I don't expect it to clear, an for this one, I don't care too much. Since it's my first one, I'm probably going to drink it all, not show other people. I didn't boil it...
