Well I'm almost done. Just ordered the rest of the tri clamp fittings, spool pieces for the pumps to come through the front panel, got the mm-2 grain mill with hopper and base just need to figure out what I need for a motor and gear reducer. Any thoughts or input would be huge at this point...

Big brew day on April 27. Breaking in the new 1 barrel stout system. Making 30 gallons of our two faced monk ( Belgian tripel). Let me know who wants in. Cheers. :mug:

Got a lot done today in the brew house. Burners mounted, pumps mounted on custom shelf under mash tun. Almost there need to paint, mount the plate chiller I ordered from duda diesel and clean everything real good.

It a been a while since I posted some updates. Work has been insane just got some stuff in from brewers hardware. Pretty excited to do a double brew day today Belgian tripel and dubbel. More progress to come.

Yea can't wait till it's done. I feel the laundry list of parts is never ending. What burners are you using and how are u controlling them? I'm trying to automate at least flame control and pumps.

Oh man barley wines are my favorite. We do have a temp controlled chamber for the conical. I pretty much stole your design. When I saw your setup I knew that was the size I wanted. 84" long by24" wide. I wanted to see inside the boil kettle and mash tun. Thanks for looking.

Thanks trillium, I know stainless would have been better. Maybe I will change it later. I'm kinda bummed I didn't do it that way, but oh well. Can't wait till its done. Some much stuff to buy and think if its gonna work, while working 80+ hours a week. What's your system look like? Mind showing...

Finally got these bad boys on the stand today. They look awesome, very happy with the height of the kettles. Tomorrow I will have time to put some high temp paint on the stand. Next things to get are pumps, burners, windshields, tri clamps, gaskets, valves and a whole bunch of other stuff I'm sure.

I'm thinking mount all pumps under mash tun on a drawer that pulls out the back of the stand for access. Need to find heavy duty drawers. Then punch holes in the front panel with just the tri clovers visible.

The stand has been primed ready for high temp paint. I know people disagree with the whole paint thing but my OCD will not let me leave it bare. Haha
