    Thank you! And thanks for the heads up. I'll do a search to look it up. Arturo7: its a 1/4 inch thick sheet of birch that we bent over the cabinets. I was worried it wouldn't be too sturdy but its actually quite stout.

    I started off with a kegerator..got a gift card to Lowes and decided to just go ahead and build my own bar. A bit over my head with this, especially with my limited brewing experience..but what the heck. Why not jump in and worry about the water temp later... earlier pic More recent...

    Checked it again today and the FG was just above 1.020 so its still working. I am going to probably be good to bottle after Sunday if all goes well. Thanks for the help!

    Hey guys, I went through the wiki and did a quick search on this but I still had some quesitons. I am brewing a Dunkelweizen (I think maybe I might have the spelling of this down..if not I mispelled it on purpose..) The OG was right in the middle of the recommended OG for the recipe...
