Would like some ideas about blueberries

I've just juiced about 6 or 7 pounds of blueberries and got a gallon of juice with them. I used a metal mesh strainer to strain the juices and was wondering if anyone knew how to get rid of all of the seeds, and if anyone had any recipes to use them with I'm all ears! I've got roughly 9.5 pounds...

    Planning on making blackberry mead

If you guys could give me some input, I'd appreciate it. I'm still pretty now to all this, so any and all advice is always accepted. Here is what I'm thinking: 3 pounds of honey (I have no idea what kind) 5-8 pounds of blackberries (don't know to juice or not). That's about all I've thought...

    Peach wine

About two weeks ago I started a peach wine, and using white grape juice concentrate. I also added a banana, but I didn't boil or mash it. Show us your bottled wine.

Some mead I bottled a couple of weeks ago. Nothing special, and I'm still very new to winemaking.

    Tulsa, Okla

Hey, I'm from the 918 area code. Unfortunately the only thing I have ready to drink is a bottle of red I'm saving for a special occasion. I've also got a batch of peach I started last week and some mead that's aging. Just thought I'd reply and say I live near Tulsa.
