Took a gravity reading after no activity for a few days. Spot on what final gravity is supposed to be, 1.013. It tastes delicious! Cold crashing now, kegging tomorrow.

Were you able to order the Fermwrap anywhere that didn't take two weeks to get? I have 2 carboy's fermenting a NEIPA. It's too cold outside to keep them in the fermenters unless I get heaters. I'm gonna stop by the store today to look for some. I'm looking at my fridges and I think I can...

First brew day in the books. Had a couple hiccups with the control panel. My fault, but I will work out the bugs. My extremely temp setup. Wort going in.... Too cold outside for the FV fridges, but the NEIPA is in fermentation!

Hells yea! It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. They're purring on along. Panel is "almost" done. Just gotta wire in the VOLT and AMPS meters. My first brew day is probably 2 days away! Yeast starter waiting patiently in the fridge for brew day.... Pumps are done!

I put the mash temp sensor on the outlet valve, because I read that's the best place for it. The toughest decisions have been on the control panel. Which contactors and internal parts to use. It's getting there..... The rest of the control panel parts will be in Tuesday. I'm hoping to finish...

That's good to hear. I ordered the fridges and they were supposed to be at the store next week. They arrived early and they said they only hold them for 7 days before shipping them back. I hope they wait. I work on a boat and I won't get home until 24th and I have a deadline pickup of the 21st...

After I get a few batches down, I'll def go that route. Today I ordered 2, Haier 150 can fridges. Says they will be ready for pickup around the 17th. I also ordered 2, Fermonster 7 gallon carboys with spigots / carriers / bungs / airlocks. So, I'll update once I have them in my hands. Thanks!
