    I am a PADI Dive Master and the only way you could get a set of $500 scuba gear would but some old piece of crap gear off ebay. Hell my dive computer alone was around $800.

In the near future I am going to add 4 Perlick Faucets and a Stout Faucet, at which time I will have one keg dedicated for stouts only.     I to have the same problem, my OG was 1086 I had it in primary for a month and it never did drop below 1030. I cold crashed it for about 24 hours and kegged it. It's not a bad beer it's just not a really good beer, it's a little to sweet.

    I am about to brew a Chocolate Milk Extra Stout, the guy that gave me the recipe said let it age for a month after bottling. I plan to put mine in a keg, my question is..........will the beer age in a cold keg?
