Got one more question for my brewstand build. How far below my ball valves of my mash tun and boil keggle do I have to put the pump. I have it about a foot below now in the plans. Will that be ok.

I just got done racking my first brew to my secondary fermenter (brewing a Alt Bier) where it will be sitting for about 10 days or so. The question I have is when I bottle will there be enough yeast cells to carbonate it or am I going to have to pitch some extra yeast. Just wondering because...
